The role involves ensuring accuracy, high-quality content, and proper categorization to enhance product visibility and drive sales. Key Responsibilities: Product Listing: Create, upload, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms. Ensure product details, descriptions, pricing, and images meet platform guidelines. Update inventory and availability statuses regularly. Content Optimization: Write compelling and SEO-friendly product descriptions and titles. Use appropriate keywords to improve search rankings and visibility. Maintain consistency and accuracy in product attributes. Image Management: Coordinate with the design team for high-quality product images. Ensure images meet platform-specific standards (e.g., size, resolution, format). Platform Management: Monitor platform policies and updates to ensure compliance. Address listing errors, suppressed listings, or platform violations promptly. Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and trends for product performance improvement. Use platform analytics to optimize listings and boost conversions. Customer Support Coordination: Collaborate with customer service teams to address product-related inquiries or issues. Update listings based on customer feedback or questions. Promotions and Campaigns: Assist in creating and managing promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers. Track campaign performance and adjust listings accordingly. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor listings, pricing, and strategies to stay competitive. Implement changes based on industry and market trends. Key Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Experience: 1-3 years in e-commerce product listing or a similar role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or other marketplaces. Knowledge of basic SEO principles. Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for bulk uploads and data analysis. Soft Skills: Attention to detail. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
