Backend Development & ArchitectureBuild scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems using [Node.js / Python / Java — customize based on your stack].Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.Handle relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).Optimize backend performance, caching, and query tuning. 🧑‍💻 2. Project Ownership & DeliveryOwn the delivery of all backend-related features and updates.Plan sprints, delegate tasks, and ensure milestones are met on time.Bridge communication between tech and business stakeholders.Maintain JIRA/ClickUp/Asana dashboards and documentation. 🖥️ 3. Server & Infrastructure ManagementManage cloud servers (AWS / GCP / DigitalOcean) including deployment, uptime, scaling, and security.Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and monitoring tools.Handle incident response, log analysis, and disaster recovery processes. 🧑‍🏫 4.
