Senior Backend Laravel Developer

Job Title: Laravel Developer Experience Required: 3 to 3.5 Years Location: On – Site Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a Laravel Developer with 3 to 3.5 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of Laravel (v8 to v12), PHP, and experience in developing and maintaining complex web applications. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on coding experience, and the ability to work independently or within a team. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel 8 to Laravel 12 and PHP 7.x/8.x. • Design and develop RESTful APIs, admin panels, backend systems, and data integrations. • Implement complex logic, queues, events, broadcasting, and job scheduling in Laravel. • Work with JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js, jQuery, and handle real-time updates using AJAX/WebSockets. • Create clean and optimized MySQL database schemas, indexes, and Eloquent relationships. • Integrate third-party services such as Stripe, PayPal, RazorPay Google APIs, Firebase, etc. • Write modular, secure, and reusable code using Laravel best practices. • Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility for all developed solutions. • Work closely with UI/UX teams and convert designs into functional front-end interfaces. • Manage code versioning using Git, and follow CI/CD pipelines for deployments. • Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to internal documentation. Required Skills: • Strong knowledge of Laravel Framework (v8 to v12). • Proficient in PHP OOP, MVC architecture, Eloquent ORM, and design patterns.. • Good experience with Vue.js, jQuery, and asynchronous scripting (AJAX). • Solid understanding of MySQL, including complex joins, indexes, and query optimization. • Hands-on experience with Blade templating, Eloquent ORM, Laravel Middleware, Form Requests, and API Resources. • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS. • Comfortable with Git, GitHub, and version control practices. • Familiarity with unit testing (PHPUnit), debugging, and error handling. • Good command over authentication systems like Laravel Breeze, Jetstream, Passport, Sanctum, or JWT. • Ability to build real-time apps using Pusher, Laravel Echo, and WebSockets. • Experience working with task scheduling, queues, and background jobs. Preferred Skills (Bonus Points): • Experience with Livewire or Inertia.js. • Knowledge of Docker, Composer, and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). • Exposure to cloud platforms. • Basic understanding of SEO, caching mechanisms (Redis/Memcached), and performance tuning. Educational Qualification: • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Certifications in PHP/Laravel or web development (optional but a plus).
