Ecommerce Head (Quick Commerce & Marketplace) For a D2C Beauty brand

Mandatory Criteria: 1. D2C Experience ideally in beauty/personal care. FMCG/FMCD/Fashion experience would also work 2. Quick Commerce Experience with Q-Comm ad experience (Zepto ad experience preferred) 3. Amazon PPC Experience 4. Role & responsibilities Own and manage performance across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, and BigBasket. Take end-to-end ownership of marketplace P&Ls , optimizing for growth and profitability across each platform. Drive data-backed decisions monitor platform analytics, pricing, product visibility, and conversion trends. Lead inventory planning and forecasting to ensure healthy stock levels and minimal out-of-stock losses. Manage listings, product content, campaigns , and SEO on all marketplaces to maximize visibility. Optimize Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations , and manage Flipkart FBB and quick commerce logistics. Coordinate with internal stakeholders across marketing, finance, ops, and supply chain to deliver targets. Build and maintain relationships with platform account managers to unlock promotional and visibility levers. Plan and execute high-impact campaigns , promotional offers, and festive sale strategies to drive traffic and sales. Analyze performance metrics to identify gaps and opportunities across categories and SKUs. Preferred candidate profile 3 to 4 years of direct experience in marketplace e-commerce operations , ideally in D2C, FMCG, or beauty/personal care. Strong expertise in Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa marketplace ecosystems and campaign planning. Hands-on experience with quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket. Solid understanding of P&L management , pricing strategy, and platform negotiations. Highly analytical, with strong Excel/data skills and a bias for action. Excellent cross-functional stakeholder and account management skills. MBA or relevant degree is preferred but not mandatory.
