Job Overview

Amazon Listing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Amazon product listings

    including titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and A+ content.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies

    to improve product visibility and ranking.
  • Analyze product performance metrics

    such as impressions, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall sales.
  • Perform competitor analysis

    and market research to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Handle inventory management

    and ensure timely reordering to avoid stockouts.
  • Manage reviews and customer feedback

    , addressing negative reviews professionally.
  • Optimize pricing strategies

    using Amazons tools to increase profitability.
  • Manage FBA operations

    , ensuring compliance with Amazons policies and resolving any issues related to listing errors or account health.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team

    to plan and execute promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns such as Sponsored Ads, Lightning Deals, and Coupons.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve listing errors

    , including suppressed listings.
  • Stay current on Amazons policy updates

    and best practices to ensure compliance and success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Amazon Listing Specialist or a similar role in eCommerce.
  • Expertise in Amazon Seller Central

    and a strong understanding of Amazon SEO and keyword optimization.
  • Experience with

    inventory management

    , FBA, and FBM operations.
  • Proficiency in

    Excel, Google Sheets

    , and other data analysis tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in

    creating and managing Amazon PPC campaigns

    (preferred).
  • Bachelors degree

    in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other eCommerce platforms like eBay, Walmart, and Shopify.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Advertising Console and tools like

    Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or SellerApp
