Role Overview

Product Manager

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, development, marketing, and data to build digital experiences that drive user engagement, conversion, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the

  end-to-end user journey

  across the

  mobile app and website

• Translate business needs and customer feedback into detailed product requirements
• Use data to prioritize product features and continuously optimize UX, UI, and flows
• Define and monitor

  KPIs

  for user engagement, app store ratings, conversion funnels, and website performance
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA to ship product improvements and new features
• Coordinate closely with marketing and customer support teams to align product releases with campaigns and feedback
• Support A/B testing and personalization experiments on both web and app
• Stay informed about

  basic AI/ML capabilities

  (e.g., personalization, recommendations, NLP) and help identify areas where AI can enhance product value

Requirements

• 2-4 years of product management experience, ideally with mobile apps or e-commerce websites
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Firebase
• Understanding of

  UI/UX best practices

  and user behavior on mobile and web platforms
• Ability to define clear PRDs, wireframes (basic), and user stories
• Familiarity with

  Agile/Scrum methodology

• Basic understanding of AI/ML use cases in consumer products (e.g., chatbot, recommendation engines)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

Nice to Have

Experience working in a fitness, wellness, or health-tech environment

Exposure to Shopify, WordPress, or custom e-commerce CMS
