About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Admin - Shopify Specialist

hands-on Shopify admin expertise

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Store Administration

  • Create, upload, and maintain product listings (titles, images, descriptions, SEO tags, pricing).
  • Manage store navigation, collections, categories, and Shopify apps.
  • Ensure the website is updated with the latest themes, banners, promotions, and offers.

Order & Inventory Management

  • Monitor, update, and reconcile inventory across Shopify and marketplaces.
  • Manage daily order flow, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely dispatches.

Store Performance & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: traffic, conversion rate, abandoned carts, and product performance.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly Shopify sales reports and share insights.
  • Support pricing and discount updates to optimize sales and margins.

Promotions & Campaigns

  • Execute discount codes, seasonal sales, product launches, and promotions in Shopify.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns and creatives.

Customer Experience

  • Monitor customer queries and reviews via Shopify dashboard.
  • Coordinate with customer service for quick resolutions and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Shopify Admin (mandatory).

  • Strong knowledge of Shopify themes, apps, and admin dashboard

    .
  • Proficiency in product setup, inventory syncing, and order management.
  • Advanced

    Excel/Google Sheets

    skills for reporting.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to meet deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in

    FMCG / consumer goods ecommerce

    .
  • Knowledge of third-party integrations, payment gateways, and ERP systems.
  • Exposure to international ecommerce processes (UK/Europe preferred).
