Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Engineer, located in Baddi. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing power electronics and energy storage solutions. They will also lead project teams, oversee product development, ensure compliance with industry standards, and collaborate with other departments to enhance product performance and reliability. Daily tasks include troubleshooting, conducting performance analysis, and implementing innovative solutions to improve existing :Experience in designing and developing power electronics and energy storage solutions. • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior engineers and reviewing code for best practices
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and ensure alignment with architectural standards
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and adherence to coding standards
• Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, frameworks, and tools
• Document technical designs, workflows, and processes for internal knowledge Skills and Qualifications :
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 58 years of experience in software development or engineering roles
• Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, or Node.js)
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, .NET Core, or equivalent
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling
• Experience with APIs (REST, SOAP, or GraphQL) and system integrations
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Bamboo
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of software design patterns, system architecture, and object-oriented Skills :
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence
• Familiarity with security best practices and secure coding standards
• Previous experience in mentoring or leading small technical teams
