Job Description

JD : EA to CEO

  • Prioritize CEOs tasks and enable focus on critical business initiatives.
  • Provide proactive support in strategic planning and execution.
  • Manage CEOs calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure prioritization of key business commitments.
  • Track deadlines, strategic initiatives, and key deliverables to ensure timely progress.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Prepare agendas and minutes of meetings, and ensure timely action follow-ups

Business & Administration

  • Handle daily communication: draft/respond to emails, take calls, and relay messages.
  • Prepare documents such as presentations, reports, and review materials.
  • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics (flights, hotels, transportation).
  • Coordinate and support leadership meetings, reviews, and team/company events.
  • Maintain and refine internal processes that support senior executives and expedite workflows.

¢ Governance and Confidentiality

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and trust in all interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting, documentation, and governance standards.

¢ Financial and Data Support

  • Manage expenses, and reimbursements.
  • Assist in accounting tasks such as invoice processing and expense documentation.
  • Support data collation, MIS reporting, and preparation of review material for the CEO.

Reporting Structure
¢ He or she will be reporting to CEO.Qualification & Experience¢ Education

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

¢ Experience

  • 58 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Prior experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate environment.
  • Exposure to financial documentation and reporting will be an advantage.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Good understanding of documentation, reporting, and coordination processes.
  • Strong drafting, presentation, and communication skills.
