Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant to support the Group Chief Executive Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sensitive and confidential matters, managing business communication, coordinating internal and external activities, and ensuring seamless workflow for the executive leadership. Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Executive Support: Assist in handling sensitive and confidential day-to-day matters with discretion. Provide high-level administrative support, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in tasks. Manage and prioritize office services and administrative support for the organization. Business Communication & Documentation: Draft, review, and update Minutes of Meetings (MOM), MIS reports, and office correspondence. Prepare and manage presentations, proposals, and tenders, ensuring proper documentation and eligibility. Handle data management, documentation, and report generation. Project & Business Operations Management: Conduct research, analyze case studies, and prepare white papers for business insights. Assist in international alliances and business collaborations. Oversee project management activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Manage internal compliance and statutory registrations. Support business accreditations and credentials management. Scheduling & Coordination: Manage the Executives schedule, meetings, and travel plans. Coordinate with department heads, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and business associates. Process Automation & Digital Management: Support practice management automation to enhance efficiency. Manage digital media presence for business communications and branding. Key Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and automation tools. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills verbal and written, with a professional and diplomatic approach. High attention to detail with strong documentation and analytical skills. Positive attitude, discipline, and punctuality. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
