Key Responsibilities1. Administrative & Executive Support

• Manage the MD’s daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs, follow-ups, and ensure timely closure of tasks.
• Handle confidential documents, reports, and communication with discretion.
• Draft emails, presentations, letters, and professional communication on behalf of MD.

2. Coordination & Communication

• Act as a single point of contact between the MD and department heads.
• Coordinate with production, HR, accounts, merchandising, and operations teams for updates and reports.
• Ensure all departments meet deadlines as per MD’s instructions.

3. Operational Support

• Track daily factory/office operations and escalate issues to the MD when required.
• Monitor project timelines, production status, and client requirements.
• Assist in vendor, client, and inter-department meetings.

4. Reporting & Data Management

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the MD.
• Maintain database, dashboards, and performance trackers.
• Conduct basic analysis on productivity, attendance, and operational performance.

5. Follow-up & Task Management

• Ensure timely follow-up with all departments on assigned tasks.
• Maintain a task tracker and report completion status to the MD.
• Remind the MD of important deadlines, meetings, and commitments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
