Our state-of-the-art Creative Development Centre is located in Chandigarh, India, staffed by a team of skilled video designers, 3D artists, content writers, project managers, and technology developers.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CEO in daily operations, communication, scheduling, and strategic coordination. The ideal candidate must be well-organized, have strong English communication skills, and possess prior experience working closely with senior leadership. Exposure to international business communication will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
  • Handle email correspondence, draft professional communication, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and business documentation as required.
  • Assist the CEO in managing ongoing tasks, deadlines, and high-priority projects.
  • Coordinate with international clients or partners when required.
  • Follow up on delegated tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and business-critical information.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for smooth day-to-day functioning.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email/communication tools.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times.
  • Candidates currently residing in Mohali, Chandigarh, Zirakpur, or Kharar only.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
