Ltd., etc. Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled and careful Senior Accountant to lead our accounting tasks. The right person will have strong knowledge of accounting, enjoy working with numbers, and take pride in getting things right. You will help make sure our finances are correct, up to date, and meet all rules and laws. You should also enjoy solving problems and finding better ways to do things. Key Responsibilities: · Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. · Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. · Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. · Assist in the preparation of tax returns, GST, TDS, and ensure timely compliance. · Assist the CA to Finalize balance sheets and financial year-end closings. · Analyze financial data and report insights to management. · Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. · Coordinate with auditors and prepare audit documentation. · Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis. · Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. · 5–10 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance. · Proficient in Tally Prime, Tally ERP, and MS Excel. · Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance procedures. · Experience in TDS return filing and balance sheet finalization is a must. · Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. · Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. · ESI/PF Compliances.
