Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective management of executive schedules, meetings, and confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
  • Support management with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and other financial documentation.
  • Ensure smooth office coordination and workflow for the executive team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
