E-GRC Manager - Data Archi

Role Overview: As a Manager in GRC Technology at EY, you will have the opportunity to manage and contribute technically and functionally to GRC Technology client engagements and internal projects. Your role will involve identifying potential business opportunities within existing engagements, anticipating and mitigating risks, and sharing issues with senior team members. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating, recommending, and building out customer requirements on GRC platforms, ensuring scalability and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead requirement gathering and review client's process requirements to drive platform expansion and adoption - Scope solution requirements and configure solutions around the platform to meet customer needs - Design solutions including integration of AI/Gen AI/Microservices, 3rd party integrations, and cloud environment management - Define and implement IT architecture and data pipelines tailored for risk and GRC technologies - Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools for data ingestion and normalization - Deliver end-to-end automated solutions, including technical implementation of ITIL processes, workflow customization, and system configurations - Identify new opportunities to provide additional value to clients and improve business performance - Participate in business development activities and ensure adherence to quality processes - Mentor project team members and monitor project deliverables - Conduct performance reviews, provide performance feedback, and foster teamwork - Stay updated with the latest trends in IT architecture, data engineering, and GRC technologies Qualification Required: - 7+ years industry experience with leadership experience - Demonstrated ability to map solutions to client business issues - Functional knowledge and implementation experience of GRC frameworks - Strong understanding of IT solution architecture and ITIL processes - Exceptional problem-solving capability and strategic thinking - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Experience in strategy, business development, finance, and budgeting - Good understanding of GRC technology platforms including Archer and ServiceNow Additional Details of the Company: EY is dedicated to helping clients create long-term value and build trust in the capital markets.
