Role Summary – Ecommerce Specialist As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping how our products appear and perform across leading online marketplaces. From crafting optimized listings with compelling images, keywords, and copy to assisting with digital ad campaigns, your work will directly impact visibility, conversions, and overall sales performance. You’ll bring a strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and visibility strategies to help improve ROI and drive consistent growth. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and creatively driven, eager to grow in the fields of ecommerce and performance marketing within a dynamic, fast-growing team. Key Responsibilities Product Cataloguing Responsibilities Ecommerce Listing Management Create and manage product listings across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, and others. SEO-Optimized Content Creation Write clear, keyword-rich titles, bullet points, and product descriptions to improve discoverability and conversions. Accuracy in Product Data Upload correct size charts, verify pricing, update stock levels, and ensure compliance with each platform’s listing policies. Improve Listing Performance Monitor quality scores and apply SEO best practices to enhance product rankings and visibility. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with the operations and inventory teams to ensure stock updates are timely and accurate. Visual Content Management Collaborate with graphic designers and photographers to plan basic product shoots and ensure high-quality visuals are available for listings. Reporting & Analytics Responsibilities Monitor Catalog Performance Track key metrics such as impressions, click-through rates, conversions, and sales velocity across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and others. Identify & Resolve Issues Proactively identify listing suppressions, poor discoverability, or missing content/attributes—and take corrective actions to restore performance. Data-Driven Reporting Prepare basic performance dashboards and reports to support decision-making for product, marketing, and operations teams. Who Should Apply?
