Role Overview

E-commerce Marketing

Key Responsibilities


E-Commerce Marketing

  • Manage and optimize product listings on global B2B/E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Etsy, Faire, Alibaba, IndiaMART Export Hub, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and pricing benchmarking for US, UK, UAE, and Australia.
  • Execute advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Meta/Google ads for export funnels) under guidance.
  • Improve product content — titles, creatives, A+ content, descriptions.
  • Track performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ACOS, ROI) and prepare weekly dashboards.

Export Operations Support

  • Coordinate internally for order processing, packaging, labelling, and shipment readiness.
  • Work with logistics partners (courier export, air cargo, freight forwarders) for e-commerce export shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with destination-country requirements (FDA/USDA/UK/EU standards where applicable).
  • Maintain SKU-level inventory tracking for export e-commerce.

Customer & Marketplace Management

  • Respond to buyer inquiries, quotations, and sample requests on marketplaces.
  • Handle marketplace support tickets, payment reconciliation, and operational issues.
  • Assist in onboarding new digital sales channels and international distributors.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Agriculture, Business, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or export operations.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort with tools like Excel/Sheets.
  • Ability to learn export documentation, shipping processes, and international compliance.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.


Good to Have

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, PPC ads, or B2B export platforms.
  • Exposure to agri-products, natural ingredients, or FMCG exports.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop/Canva for basic creatives.
