Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist who has hands-on expertise in managing and growing a brand on Myntra. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of marketplace operations, product listings, campaign management, payment reconciliation, and sales performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Listing & Catalog Management:
  • Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Myntra.
  • Ensure product content, pricing, and images meet platform guidelines and brand standards.
  • Discount & Promotion Management:
  • Plan and execute discount strategies, promotional offers, and campaign participation for maximizing visibility and sales.
  • Coordinate with the Myntra team for participation in platform sales events and promotions.
  • Advertising & Campaign Execution:
  • Plan, implement, and monitor Myntra Ads campaigns (M-Ads).
  • Optimize campaigns for higher ROI and improved brand performance.
  • Payment & Reconciliation:
  • Handle order processing, payment tracking, and reconciliation with Myntra.
  • Identify and resolve payment discrepancies or claim-related issues.
  • Sales Analysis & Growth Strategy:
  • Analyze sales reports, traffic data, and campaign performance to identify trends.
  • Work on strategies to enhance visibility, conversion rate, and overall brand growth.
  • Inventory & Operations Management:
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain healthy stock levels.
  • Monitor order dispatches, returns, and customer feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Work closely with internal teams like marketing, finance, and operations for smooth execution of marketplace activities.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Myntra seller portals (Seller Panel / Partner Hub).
  • Strong knowledge of listing, campaign optimization, and payment reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience managing other marketplaces like Ajio, Flipkart, or Myntra will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of fashion/lifestyle category will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
