Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Department: E-Commerce / Online Sales
Experience Required: 2 – 4 Years
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist who can manage the end-to-end operations of our online business and drive brand growth across multiple marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, pricing, discounts, promotions, advertising, payment reconciliation, and sales analytics to maximize performance on platforms like Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, and Nykaa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Marketplace Management: Handle complete operations across portals including Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, and Nykaa.
  • Listing & Catalog Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and keywords.
  • Pricing & Discount Strategy: Plan and implement competitive pricing, discount offers, and seasonal campaigns to boost visibility and conversion.
  • Promotions & Advertising: Execute and monitor promotional campaigns, sponsored ads, and visibility programs to drive traffic and sales growth.
  • Sales Performance & Analytics: Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Payment & Order Reconciliation: Manage reconciliation of payments, returns, and settlements with e-commerce portals.
  • Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to maintain stock accuracy and avoid out-of-stock situations.
  • Brand Growth: Develop strategies to increase brand presence, optimize content, and enhance product visibility across platforms.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor listings, pricing, and promotional activities to stay ahead in the market.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing major marketplaces (Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Nykaa, Amazon, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, reporting tools, and sales analytics.
  • Understanding of e-commerce algorithms, discount structures, and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple portals simultaneously.

  • Monthly sales growth & revenue targets
  • Advertising ROI and campaign effectiveness
  • Listing accuracy and on-time uploads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
