About the Role

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel & Account Management

  • Manage and optimize day-to-day operations across

    Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy

    .
  • Ensure all product listings are accurate, compliant, and optimized for discoverability and conversions.
  • Resolve catalog or listing issues efficiently in coordination with platform support teams.
  • Maintain overall marketplace hygiene content accuracy, keyword tagging, and inventory alignment.

2. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and continuously optimize ad campaigns across marketplaces (

    Amazon Advertising, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy

    ).
  • Develop monthly and quarterly performance marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Strategically allocate budgets and bids to maximize

    ROI, ACOS, and category visibility

    .
  • Design A/B tests to evaluate creatives, targeting strategies, and ad placements.
  • Monitor daily campaign metrics sales, traffic, CTR, CVR, and return rates to ensure consistent growth.

3. Performance Optimization & Analytics

  • Conduct

    deep-dive data analysis

    using advanced analytical tools to identify performance patterns and improvement areas.
  • Leverage tools such as

    Amazon PI, Helium 10, Zepto Atom, and marketplace dashboards

    for research, keyword optimization, and share-of-voice tracking.
  • Use category-level insights to develop tailored growth strategies and competitive positioning.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve improved ACOS, ROAS, and SOV through data-backed adjustments.
  • Create dashboards and data visualizations to track progress and highlight actionable insights.

4. Reporting, Insights & Client Communication

  • Generate and present

    weekly/monthly reports

    on advertising, sales, and category performance.
  • Provide meaningful, data-backed insights and

    recommend actionable strategies

    to enhance business outcomes.
  • Communicate campaign results, learnings, and next-step recommendations to clients clearly and confidently.
  • Collaborate with client teams to align eCommerce marketing initiatives with overall brand and category goals.

5. Market & Competitor Intelligence

  • Conduct

    competitor benchmarking

    on pricing, assortment, and advertising strategies.
  • Track and report

    emerging category trends

    , customer behavior, and product performance insights.
  • Identify gaps in assortment, ad visibility, and promotions, and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience

    in eCommerce performance marketing or marketplace advertising (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto).
  • Proven expertise in

    marketplace advertising

    , including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with tools such as

    Amazon PI, Helium 10, Advanced Excel

    , and other analytical platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large data sets into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with key metrics:

    ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and SOV

    .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with client-facing experience.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Deep understanding of

    category-level performance drivers

    and customer behavior on marketplaces.
  • Experience working with

    data visualization tools

    (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Strong Excel/Sheets modeling skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for data and performance optimization.
