Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Online Business Development & Strategy

  • Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Identify new online channels, platforms, and digital partnerships to expand brand presence.
  • Create and manage promotional campaigns to increase sales and market penetration.

2. Marketplace & Website Management

  • Manage listings, pricing, content, and promotions across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and company’s own e-commerce website.
  • Ensure accurate product data, descriptions, specifications, images, and SEO-optimized content.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory for online sales channels to ensure availability and timely fulfillment.

3. Digital Marketing & Branding

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Influencer Marketing).
  • Track customer behavior and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage social media shops, catalog integration, and online reputation management.

4. Customer Experience & Service

  • Monitor order fulfillment, logistics, and after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle escalations, returns, replacements, and online customer service queries efficiently.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the e-commerce experience.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), CLV (Customer Lifetime Value), and sales revenue.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on performance, competitor analysis, and ROI on campaigns.
  • Provide data-driven insights to management for decision-making.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, etc.).
  • Understanding of sanitaryware and bathroom fittings product categories, specifications, and consumer behavior.
  • Digital marketing knowledge (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
