Job Description

As an E-Commerce Manager at our company in Lucknow, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end and scaling e-commerce operations across platforms, driving IVR sales and online business growth. You will lead vendor onboarding and oversee the management of the marketplace. Your role will involve driving online sales growth, optimizing product listings, pricing, and promotions. Additionally, you will coordinate with marketing, operations, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Monitoring analytics, conversion rates, and implementing strategies to improve performance will be crucial. Your focus will also be on ensuring customer satisfaction through timely resolution of queries and complaints.
