Job Summary: In this role, you%27ll be part of Genpact%27s transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions&mdashdomain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines. We seek a strategic SaaS Pricer to develop and manage pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness and revenue growth. This role involves market analysis, customer segmentation, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams. Key Responsibilities: . Pricing Strategy: Design and optimize pricing models aligned with business goals and market trends. . Market Analysis: Conduct research to assess competition, pricing gaps, and customer behavior. . Customer Segmentation: Develop tiered pricing based on usage, value, and willingness to pay. . Financial Modeling: Use analytics to forecast revenue impact and track key pricing KPIs. . Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align pricing with product features, sales strategies, and financial goals. . Pricing Communication: Document and communicate pricing strategies internally and externally. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications . Bachelor&rsquos in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). . SaaS pricing experience. . Expertise in subscription, tiered, and usage-based pricing models. . Proficiency in financial modeling and pricing tools. . Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Preferred Skills: . Pricing optimization experience. .
