E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Team Leader to manage and optimize our online sales across multiple platforms including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and our own website. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of marketplace operations, mailing and analytics, with the ability to produce insightful reports and contribute to sales growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, content optimization, and pricing across Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and the company website.
• Monitor daily operations including order management, returns, customer queries, and inventory updates.
• Coordinate with design, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce activities.
• Perform regular sales and performance reporting, analyze trends, and share insights with management.
• Optimize product visibility using platform tools like SEO keywords, sponsored ads, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with each marketplace’s policies and standards.
• Track competition, pricing trends, and new opportunities in online marketplaces.
• Drive promotional campaigns and seasonal sales activities.
• Troubleshoot listing errors, suspended listings, or account-related issues.
• Regularly update the leadership team with structured work reports, sales dashboards, and strategy proposals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and own website).
• Hands-on experience with portal dashboards, inventory management, and order fulfillment tools.
• Strong reporting skills using Excel, Google Sheets, or any dashboard tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills along with Emailing.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of basic digital marketing strategies is a plus.
