Textile Home Furning Production Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring efficient production, high quality, cost control, and timely delivery, while coordinating across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan & schedule production to meet customer deadlines and optimize resources.
• Ensure quality by implementing standards and conducting regular inspections.
• Control costs by reducing waste and improving efficiency.
• Lead and train production teams to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Report production progress and issues to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in production management (preferably in textiles/rugs).
• Strong knowledge of quality control, safety, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with production planning software.
• Ability to handle pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.

Experience: Minimum 2 years (in related field)

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
