E-Commerce Manager, Beauty & Skincare Brand

GRASS is a new-age skincare brand disrupting the beauty space with high-performance, innovative products tailored for modern consumers. We are rapidly scaling across online marketplaces and looking for a driven E-commerce Manager to lead our growth on platforms like Nykaa, Amazon, Blinkit, Flipkart, Myntra, and more. 

Role Description:

● Marketplace Management: Own and manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces – from cataloguing to promotions.

● Catalogue & Listings: Create, optimize, and maintain high-quality product listings with compelling content, images, and keywords.

● Advertising & Growth: Plan and execute paid campaigns on Amazon Ads, Nykaa Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc., ensuring high ROI.

● Sales Strategy: Drive monthly/quarterly sales targets through promotions, cross-selling, bundling, and strategic offers.

● Inventory & Operations: Coordinate with supply chain and 3PL partners to maintain healthy stock levels and smooth order fulfillment.

● Data & Reporting: Track KPIs like sales, conversions, ROAS, reviews, and share actionable insights with management.

● Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams for product launches and campaigns.

● Customer Engagement: Monitor ratings & reviews, resolve escalations, and implement strategies to boost brand reputation.

What we are Looking For:

● 3–6 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (beauty/FMCG/D2C preferred).

● Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, ads, and sales growth levers.

● Hands-on with Excel, analytics dashboards, and reporting tools.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

● Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for scaling consumer brands.
