Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing. - Strong understanding of online sales platforms and digital marketing strategies. - Proficiency in web analytics tools and e-commerce tracking tools. - Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with CRM software and MS Excel. - Knowledge of UX/UI principles and their impact on online sales. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced industry. - Solid communication and organisational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Familiarity with e-commerce trends. - Experience with inventory management and supply chain management. - Strong financial acumen for managing e-commerce budgets. - Multilingual proficiency for managing global e-commerce strategies.
