E-commerce Expert

Your role will directly influence brand visibility, online sales growth, and marketplace performance.


Key Responsibilities:


Product Research & Strategy

  • Identify trending, high-demand, and high-margin products using tools and analytics.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to build a profitable product pipeline.
  • Monitor seasonal trends and customer behavior to adjust product offerings.

  • Listing & Catalog Management

    • Create and optimize product listings with engaging titles, bullet points, and SEO-based descriptions.
    • Upload and manage product catalogs on

      Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho

      .
    • Ensure accuracy in product data, pricing, stock levels, and category mapping


    Creative Content Handling

    • Coordinate or create high-quality

      product images, infographics, and videos

      aligned with platform standards.
    • Write compelling

      product descriptions

      that drive conversions.
    • Manage A+ content and brand storefronts on Amazon & Flipkart.


    Performance & Sales Analysis

    • Track daily sales, impressions, and conversion rates.
    • Generate reports on top-performing SKUs, pricing, and ROI.
    • Suggest strategic improvements in pricing, campaigns, and inventory planning.


    Advertising & Promotions

    • Manage

      Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Meesho Ads

      campaigns to maximize ROI.
    • Plan and execute platform-specific promotions, coupons, and deals.
    • Analyze advertising data and adjust campaigns for best performance.


    Operations & Coordination

    • Coordinate with design, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
    • Monitor and resolve listing errors, policy violations, or account health issues.
    • Handle customer reviews, ratings, and feedback for improved reputation.


    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 2–5 years of proven experience managing e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho).
    • Strong understanding of

      marketplace algorithms, keyword ranking, and PPC campaigns

      .
    • Expertise in

      MS Excel / Google Sheets

      for reporting and data analytics.
    • Knowledge of

      Canva / Photoshop / AI tools

      for basic creative edits is a plus.
    • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
