Role Description

We're looking for a creative and resourceful Digital Content Creator (Full-Time) with Flexibility to work - (Remote + On-Site) to craft engaging multimedia content for our brand. The role involves designing graphics, editing videos, AI content generation and experimenting with new ideas to drive awareness and engagement across digital platforms.

This is a full-time flexible (remote + on-site) role for a Digital Content creator at our company located in Gurugram and Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for Managing Social Media of both our companies. We have two offices in Sector 72A, Gurugram and Subhash Nagar, Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

->Develop engaging content for social media, website, and campaigns (posts, reels, short videos, infographics).

->Use AI generated content to drive audience.

->Edit videos, add effects/animations, and optimize content for different platforms.

->Design on-brand graphics, presentations, and marketing materials.

->Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas and plan campaigns.

->Stay updated with digital trends and propose fresh content ideas.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Undergrads are also welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar editing/design software.
• Strong understanding of social media formats and trends (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Advanced AI content generation skills, video editing and motion graphics skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to deliver within deadlines.
• Prior experience of two or more years in content creation is preferred.

We are looking for a candidate who has worked upon and developed creative portfolio that shows graphic design, motion graphics, and video projects. Bonus if you've worked on social-first content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
