Job Description

Job Title: E-commerce Executive (Amazon & B2B Operations)

Location: Full-time, On-Site at Lower Parel Office

Department: E-commerce / Operations

Reports To: E-commerce Manager / Category Head


Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to support our online sales operations across Amazon and B2B platforms. The ideal candidate will manage Amazon listings, maintain product hygiene on Vendor Central, and coordinate with the warehouse and internal teams for smooth order processing and document handling.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Amazon & Marketplace Management
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, A+ content, etc.) on Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Perform regular hygiene checks on Vendor Central to ensure content accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.
  • Monitor ASIN performance, stock availability, and pricing accuracy.
  • Support in resolving listing errors, suppressions, and policy issues.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams for new product launches and detail page improvements.
  • B2B Order Processing & Coordination
  • Process and manage B2B orders end-to-end, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Prepare and verify required documentation (invoices, PO copies, shipping labels, etc.).
  • Share and sort order details with the warehouse team and ensure timely execution.
  • Follow up on shipments, track delivery status, and coordinate for any logistics issues.
  • Maintain records of all processed orders and report any discrepancies or delays.
  • Vendor Central & Operational Support
  • Conduct routine checks to maintain data accuracy and operational hygiene on Vendor Central.
  • Assist in managing purchase orders (POs), replenishment plans, and return reconciliations.
  • Liaise with internal teams (accounts, warehouse, logistics) to ensure seamless order flow.
  • Support reporting activities such as sales summaries, stock status, and vendor compliance reports.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce operations (Amazon experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central.
  • Proficient in Excel and data management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
