E-Commerce Executive

Job Overview

DJ Mart is building a modern construction and home-improvement ecosystem, starting with a physical experience center and expanding into digital commerce. We’re looking for an E-Commerce Manager who can own our online business end to end. Someone who understands marketplaces, brand websites, customer journeys, and operations, and can turn traffic into revenue.

This role needs practical thinking, strong execution, and comfort working with both products and people.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage DJ Mart’s e-commerce operations across website and marketplaces
• Plan and execute product listings, pricing strategies, and catalog structure
• Coordinate with vendors, brands, and internal teams for accurate product data
• Manage order processing, inventory sync, logistics, returns, and customer experience
• Work with marketing teams on promotions, campaigns, SEO, and paid ads
• Analyze sales data, conversion rates, customer behavior, and optimize performance
• Ensure smooth UI/UX flow from product discovery to checkout
• Oversee platform integrations, payment gateways, and tech partners
• Maintain compliance with company policies, timelines, and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management
• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of online marketplaces and D2C models
• Knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics
• Ability to read data, prepare reports, and take action based on insights
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing, execution-driven environment

Preferred Background

• Experience in construction materials, home-improvement, retail, or B2B products
• Exposure to omnichannel or hybrid online + offline retail models
• Experience scaling an e-commerce operation from early stage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
