Key Responsibilities: * Edit and assemble raw footage into scroll-stopping, high-quality videos for social media, ads, and campaigns. * Add transitions, sound effects, color grading, and motion graphics to enhance visual storytelling. * Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align with project goals. * Deliver creative outputs under tight timelines without compromising quality. * Create engaging reels, promo videos, ad creatives, and YouTube content. * Stay updated with trends, editing techniques, and platform requirements. * Bonus: If you can handle a camera and know your way around a shoot setup — that’s the cherry on top! Required Skills: * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve (or similar). * Strong understanding of visual composition, pacing, and storytelling. * Experience in motion graphics, transitions, cinematography, and effects . * Knowledge of camera handling, lighting, and cinematography is a plus. * Proven experience in social media video formats (Reels, Shorts, Ads). Qualifications : * Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Mass Communication, Media Production, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). * 2–3 years of proven experience in professional video editing for brands, agencies, or production houses. * Strong technical knowledge of editing software— Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent. * Understanding of cinematography basics including framing, lighting, and shooting techniques. * A solid portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced editing skills and creative storytelling ability. * Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain consistency in quality. * Creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
