About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Government Billing Procedures - Understanding of RA bills, final bills, BOQ, and work certifications as per PWD/CPWD/MPRDC standards. 2. Estimation & Costing - Ability to interpret BOQs, do rate analysis, and prepare accurate cost estimates. 3. Knowledge of Contracts & Tenders - Familiarity with government contract terms, e-tender portals, and public procurement systems. 4. MS Excel - Proficient in Excel for preparing bills, tabulating measurements, and maintaining cost data. 5. Communication Skills - Ability to coordinate with departments, clients, and site teams effectively. 6. Site Verification & Coordination - Willingness to visit project sites for cross-verification of progress and measurements.
