Marketing Executive

Location : Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Travel to project sites like Rewa, Satna, Sidhi as required) Actively promote residential/commercial projects through field visits, local promotions, and customer interactions. Manage on-ground marketing activities like banners, hoardings, leaflet distribution, kiosks, and local campaigns. Generate direct sales leads by interacting with walk-in clients, telecalling, and participating in real estate expos. Maintain a strong network of real estate agents, brokers, and local property consultants. Conduct site visits with clients and explain project features, pricing, and investment benefits. Follow up with leads to ensure timely closure and maintain an updated lead database. Coordinate with the Sales Manager to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Collect market intelligence on competitor projects and pricing trends.
