E-Commerce Executive

Looking for E-commerce executive with min 2+ yrs of work experience

Candidate must have good communication skills

will be able to manage online platforms like - Myntra,AJIO,Amazon,Ebay etc

Having good experties in managing products

Key Responsibilities

• E-Commerce Strategy & Development:
• Develop and implement overall e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and improve user experience.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Platform Management:
• Manage and optimize the company's online store, including product listings, pricing, and categorizations.
• Ensure the e-commerce platform is user-friendly and visually appealing.
• Digital Marketing & Sales:
• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to drive traffic and increase conversions.
• Develop promotional offers and ensure they are displayed appropriately.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaboration & Operations:
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse and demand planning teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Customer Experience & Support:
• Oversee customer support to ensure excellent service and timely resolution of complaints.
• Manage customer feedback and reviews to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Compliance & Security:
• Ensure products and website content comply with legal and quality standards.
• Manage online payment systems and resolve any related issues.

Working schedule - mon to sat 9:30 -6:30
