Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Business Manager to lead and manage our brand’s online presence across Amazon, Flipkart, and our own D2C website. This is a high-impact role with full ownership of P&L, growth strategy, and execution. You will work closely with the Head of the Business and have the support needed to scale the business multifold.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Business Ownership: Manage day-to-day operations across all e-commerce platforms.
P&L Management: Own and optimize the profit and loss statement for each platform.
Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
Marketplace Management: Handle listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
Website Management: Oversee performance, UX, and conversion optimization of our D2C website.
Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with digital marketing teams for performance marketing, SEO, and influencer campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze performance, and present actionable insights.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, customer service) and external partners.
