Track spend vs. sales impact and adjust quickly based on performance swings. 5.Growth & Strategy Identify new marketplace advertising opportunities and new placement tests. Drive visibility during events, sale periods, and seasonal campaigns. Work closely with the e-commerce, operations, and brand teams to align growth efforts. Requirements 3–5 years experience in marketplace performance marketing (Amazon Ads must have). Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, attribution, and bidding strategies. Expertise in Amazon Advertising Console & Flipkart Ads Manager. Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights. Experience with home/kitchen or premium consumer brands is a plus. Strong communication and reporting skills.
