Job Description

As the HORECA Sales Lead at SHAY, your primary responsibility will be to build, grow, and lead the B2B sales vertical. You will play a crucial role in setting up the HORECA business line, driving revenue growth, establishing partnerships, and positioning SHAY as the preferred partner for leading hotels, restaurants, cafs, and catering groups. Key Responsibilities: - Market Development & Client Acquisition: - Establish a strong network within the HORECA industry, including luxury hotels, boutique properties, premium restaurants, catering groups, cafs, and corporate cafeterias. - Identify, pitch, and close sales with potential institutional clients. - Develop a pipeline of opportunities in the premium and mass-premium hospitality segments. - Account Management: - Cultivate and manage key client relationships. - Introduce new products and collections to ensure repeat sales. - Product Strategy & Feedback: - Collaborate with product and design teams to create HORECA-specific collections. - Provide market intelligence and client feedback to enhance product durability, aesthetics, and usability. - Sales Planning & Forecasting: - Develop annual sales plans, revenue targets, and growth strategies for the HORECA division. - Establish channel strategies, pricing models, discount structures, and institutional catalogues. - Team Building: - Over time, build a high-performing HORECA sales team, including sales executives and key account managers. - Collaboration: - Work closely with design, supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional service to institutional clients. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales, preferably with exposure to the HORECA segment. - Advantageous to have experience in selling tableware, kitchenware, home decor, furnishings, or related categories. - Strong relationships within the hospitality industry, particularly in luxury, premium, and mid-segment sectors. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Comfortable handling premium clients and representing a design-first, quality-driven brand.,
