Performance Marketing Specialist


Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketplace Advertising (Amazon, Flipkart & Q.Com)

  • Plan, create, and optimise PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and other marketplace ad formats.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance (ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate).
  • Conduct daily/weekly optimization of bids, budgets, keywords, product targeting, and placements.
  • Manage new launches with structured ad funnels: awareness → consideration → conversion.


2.Data & Analytics

  • Analyse performance data to generate insights that directly influence ad strategy.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear actions and recommendations.
  • Use tools like Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, Product Opportunity Explorer, Flipkart Ads dashboards, etc.


3.Keyword & Listing Strategy

  • Perform keyword research and ensure listings are optimized for both organic and paid performance.
  • Coordinate with listing/creative teams for A+ content, images, and catalog improvements that enhance conversion.


4.Budget Managent

  • Plan and allocate ad budgets across marketplaces to maximize ROI.
  • Track spend vs. sales impact and adjust quickly based on performance swings.


5.Growth & Strategy

  • Identify new marketplace advertising opportunities and new placement tests.
  • Drive visibility during events, sale periods, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce, operations, and brand teams to align growth efforts.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in marketplace performance marketing (Amazon Ads must have).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, attribution, and bidding strategies.
  • Expertise in Amazon Advertising Console & Flipkart Ads Manager.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with home/kitchen or premium consumer brands is a plus.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
