This role goes beyond just managing listings — you’ll shape revenue goals, optimize product visibility and work across teams to ensure smooth operations, promotions and customer experience. What You’ll Own: Marketplace Leadership Manage brand-owned sites (Wordpress/WooCommerce): listings, pricing, content and branding. Revenue Growth Plan and drive monthly/quarterly sales targets through digital campaigns, platform tools and data-led strategy. Inventory & Operations Product availability and timely deliveries. Campaign Execution Run promotional campaigns, ad spends, and seasonal pushes — in sync with platform managers and internal teams. Customer Experience Track and improve ratings, returns, feedback and overall user satisfaction. Data & Reporting Analyse traffic, conversion, ROI and performance metrics; present clear action points to leadership. Market Monitoring Keep tabs on competitor trends, innovations and price movements to stay ahead. Collaboration Work closely with content creators, designers, external agencies and marketplace teams to align efforts.
