Job Description

Role: E-Channel (Digital Sales) On Roll

Required Skills and Competencies:

Excellent communication skills in
Hindi and English
(both spoken and written).
Strong sales orientation with persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet sales targets.
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy and comfort working with digital tools and CRM systems.

Educational Qualification:

Graduation (in any discipline) is
mandatory

Experience:

Freshers:
Welcome to apply (sales inclination preferred).
Experienced:
02 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or financial product sales preferred.
Experience in banking, insurance, or fintech domains will be an added advantage.

Work Schedule:

Shift Timings:
9:30 AM 7:00 PM (rotational shifts)
Work Days:
5 days a week (2 rotational week-offs; Saturday and Sunday not fixed)
Salary:-
For Experienced Candidates:
2.79 LPA (CTC) + Unlimited Incentives (potential in-hand earnings up to 27,000)
