Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics CRM Senior Consultant with 5-9 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement comprehensive Dynamics CRM solutions.
Provide expert-level support for Dynamics CRM platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Dynamics CRM implementations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Dynamics CRM.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on Dynamics CRM functionality and best practices.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Experience working with various technologies, such as Azure, SharePoint, and SQL Server.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology; Master's degree preferred.
