Group Companies: www.brilloca.com , www.hindware.com Job Description: We are looking for a Manager / Dy Manager - Horeca & Institutional Sales to drive business growth in the hospitality, restaurant, catering (HoReCa), institutional sales, and event management sectors. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, relationship management, and strategic business development within these industries. Key Responsibilities: -Business Development & Sales Growth : Identify and acquire new clients in the HoReCa and event management industries to drive sales growth. Candidate shall develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach. -Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, caterers, event planners, and corporate institutions. Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs and ensure long-term partnerships. -Sales & Revenue Target Achievement : Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor sales performance and develop corrective actions to improve results. -Product & Market Intelligence: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to position products effectively to clients. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. -Coordination with Internal Teams : Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and backend teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and client satisfaction. Work with the product development team to introduce category-specific offerings based on market demand. -Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations with clients on pricing, contracts and closing on deals in B2B scenarios. Ensure all deals align with company policies and profitability goals. -Event & Gifting Sales Strategy: Develop a strong sales pipeline for event management companies and gifting solutions. Identify bulk order opportunities and execute strategic sales in close co-ordination with product development team. -Reporting & Analysis : Prepare sales reports, track key performance indicators, and provide insights for business planning. Use data-driven approaches to optimize sales strategies and improve performance. Qualifications & Experience: · Bachelor/ Master Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. · 10 + years of experience in HoReCa, institutional sales, or event management sales. · Strong B2B sales expertise with a proven track record in hospitality, catering, and corporate sales. · Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. · Ability to work cross-functionally and drive business objectives. · This role is ideal for a dynamic, target-driven professional.
