Role & responsibilities Accurately record and maintain employee time and attendance data using timekeeping software Manage contract labour PF & ESI Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations related to timekeeping Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll by providing accurate time data Communicate effectively with employees and management regarding timekeeping inquiries Conduct regular audits of time records to identify discrepancies and address issues promptly Collaborate with HR and management to implement timekeeping policies and procedures Preferred candidate profile Graduate Experience with labour regulations and compliance Contract labour management experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills
