Time Office Executive Payroll and Contract Management

Location : Bavla, Ahmedabad.

Experience: 2+ Years

Job Summary

The Time Office Executive is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, contract management, and employee attendance tracking. This role requires effective coordination of shift schedules, compliance with labor laws, and timely resolution of payroll discrepancies, supporting smooth operations within a multi-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

  • Process employee salaries, overtime, and deductions accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like PF, ESI, TDS, and gratuity.
  • Resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies efficiently.
  • Maintain records of salary slips, tax declarations, and other payroll documentation.

Time and Attendance Management

  • Monitor and maintain attendance records, including leaves, shifts, and absences.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry in the attendance management system.
  • Generate reports on attendance trends and address discrepancies.

Contract and Compliance Management

  • Manage employee contracts, renewals, and terminations as per company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with contractors and third-party agencies for payroll and contract execution.

Shift Scheduling and Management

  • Prepare and monitor shift rosters to ensure adequate manpower coverage.
  • Address issues related to shift changes, absenteeism, and overtime requests.
  • Facilitate smooth handovers between shifts and resolve operational conflicts.

Employee Support and Coordination

  • Assist employees with payroll, attendance, and shift-related queries.
  • Communicate company policies and updates regarding payroll and attendance.
  • Collaborate with HR and operations teams for employee onboarding and exit formalities.

Skills and Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Tally, or other HRMS tools).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
