Customer Experience & Quality Control

• Ensure exceptional service quality and resolve escalations efficiently

Revenue Growth & Market Expansion

• Drive business growth, customer acquisition & city-level performance improvements

Compliance & Reporting

• Maintain operational compliance, documentation & timely reporting

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Operations / related field
Proven record in managing city operations in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership, decision-making & problem-solving skillsExcellent communication & interpersonal abilitiesAbility to multitask, prioritize & work under pressureProficiency in data analysis, reporting & operational tools
