Beauty trainer

Duties will be varied and will include but are not limited to To maintain positive working relationships with company customers. To uphold the company & brand image of professionalism. Adherence to the Training Module To impart grooming and etiquette sessions Handholding & Cost Control Adherence to MIS & SOP’s, Attendance, Punctuality and * Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires. * Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement. * Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials. * Maintenance of MIS Reports Candidates with experience training in the Beauty and Wellness industry, skin care training, hair care trainer, personal care trainer, and skill development training. Required Candidate profile Candidates with certification in CIDESCO, Beauty, Cosmetology, Have experience training in Beauty and Wellness industry, skin care training, hair care trainer, beautician trainer, and skill development trainer.
