As a Training and Development Manager at Yes Madam, you will have varied duties aimed at maintaining positive working relationships with company customers and upholding the company's professional image. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting grooming and etiquette sessions - Providing handholding and cost control - Ensuring adherence to the Training Module, MIS, and SOPs - Conducting orientation sessions and arranging on-the-job training for new hires - Evaluating instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, with recommendations for improvement - Developing and organizing training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and educational materials - Maintaining MIS Reports Qualifications required for this role include experience in training within the Beauty and Wellness industry, specifically in skin care, hair care, beautician training, and skill development. Candidates with certifications in CIDESCO, Beauty, and Cosmetology are preferred.
