Duty Manager

Guest Relations: Duty Managers are often the point of contact for guests, addressing their needs, concerns, and requests. They ensure that guests have a pleasant and memorable experience during their stay.

Front Desk Operations: They oversee front desk staff, including check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, and handling reservations. Duty Managers assist in resolving any guest issues related to room assignments, billing, or other concerns.

Staff Supervision: Duty Managers are responsible for managing staff members in various departments, such as front desk, housekeeping, and concierge. They ensure that employees are performing their duties efficiently and provide guidance when necessary.

Shift Management: They manage the operations during their shift, including ensuring proper staffing levels, coordinating staff breaks, and overseeing the overall workflow of the hotel.

Emergency Response: Duty Managers are often trained to respond to emergencies, such as fire alarms or medical incidents. They coordinate evacuation procedures and liaise with emergency services when necessary.

Problem Solving: They handle guest complaints and resolve issues that may arise during their shift, working to find solutions that satisfy both guests and the hotel's policies.

Safety and Security: Ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff is a top priority. Duty Managers implement security protocols, monitor surveillance systems, and handle security-related incidents.

Inventory and Supplies: They may be responsible for managing inventory and supplies, including ordering items needed for the hotel's operation and ensuring that essential items are in stock.

Financial Responsibilities: Duty Managers often oversee financial transactions, including handling cash, reconciling cash registers, and preparing financial reports for their shift.

Quality Control: They conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure that rooms and public areas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
