Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Duty Manager to join our team at YAAN Wellness Retreat. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in managing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee front desk operations, including handling guest complaints and resolving issues professionally.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage budgets and optimize resources to achieve business objectives.
Supervise and train staff members to improve performance and productivity.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among employees.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of hotel management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
